Today we got the pleasure of interviewing Misty Johnson, whom I met over Instagram through her wife, Jennifer Johnson (see Episode #3 for her Interview). Misty is a Massage Therapist and Energy Worker, who has been been navigating her Spiritual journey since she was 4! Listen to this episode to find out about how she became a Chronic Pain Massage Therapist so that she could practice Energy Work in a more accepting environment at the time that she started (2006!), how she is already practicing yoga, and didn't even realize it, how she identifies as Christian and uses the energy of the Holy Spirit (Unconditional Love) in her every day life and work, and how being present in the moment helps her slow down time so she can enjoy that time with her family more.
