For our first episode of A Plain State, we sat down with former Oklahoma City police detective Jerry Flowers. Flowers was one of the first on scene after a bomb blast cut the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City in half. Flower's harrowing tale of his day on April 19, 1995, left us stunned in our seats.
