I couldn’t sleep.After everything this week, the testimony, the comments, the DMs, the conversations with Christie and the kids about this platform, I sat down at my desk at 5 AM, and I started building.Not writing. Building.I made a video. Five minutes and thirty-eight seconds. No face. No camera. Just data, charts, and the truth about how predators are getting to your children through the games and platforms you already let into your house.I need you to watch it. All of it. And then I need you to send it to every parent you know.Here’s what’s in it.There’s a pipeline. An actual, engineered pipeline that predators use to get from the first “hey, want some free Robux?” to your child on an encrypted app with no moderation and no way for you to see what’s happening. It starts in Minecraft. In Roblox. In the games with the T-for-Teen ratings and the parental controls you turned on and thought were enough.They’re not enough.A predator doesn’t need a long conversation. He needs one sentence. “Do you have another app we can chat on?” That’s it. That’s the whole play. Everything before that sentence is just building enough trust to ask it. Everything after it happens in a place you will never see.I put the NCMEC numbers in the video. In the first six months of 2025, online enticement reports nearly doubled. From 293,000 to over 518,000. And the ones involving AI-generated material — the kind where they create fake images of real children — went from under 7,000 to over 440,000 in the same window.I put the platform failures in the video. The ones we’ve been talking about all week. Zero age verification. DMs wide open. Moderation outsourced to the writers. A CEO who can’t say whether he’d remove Nazis. I put it all in there because parents need to see it in one place, in five minutes, in a format they can send to their spouse at the dinner table tonight.And I put the solution in the video. It’s not an app. It’s not a setting. It’s not a filter you toggle on and forget about.It’s you.The video calls it the human firewall. I call it being a parent. The kind who checks the devices. The kind who has the hard conversations. The kind who teaches their kids one rule that breaks the entire pipeline: no one online ever needs to move a conversation somewhere private.That’s the rule. Tattoo it on the inside of your eyelids. Teach it to your kids until they can say it in their sleep.I’m not a filmmaker. I’m not a tech expert.
