Imelda Foundation Cafecito Podcast Series: Episode 4 - Daisy Auger-Domínguez
Friday, 31 March, 2017

In our fourth Cafecito Podcast episode, we speak with Daisy Auger-Domínguez, a Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Google. Daisy is half Dominican and Puerto Rican. She was born in New York City, raised in the Dominican Republic, moved back to the United States when she was a junior in high school, and is now responsible for integrating diversity and inclusion across Google’s businesses and that of Google's parent company, Alphabet. Daisy shares what it’s like to work for Google, the framework behind the company’s diversity & inclusion initiatives, and how one could become a diversity & inclusion professional. She also shares tips on how to network effectively, build strong professional relationships, and manage stress to avoid burnout. If you are interested in working in diversity and inclusion, thinking about transitioning careers generally, or trying to find an optimal work/life integration, you will definitely be inspired by what Daisy shares in this episode of the Imelda Foundation's Cafecito Podcast. Enjoy! Background Music: “Struggle” by Joel Masacote & Ritmo Masacote. Song composed and arranged by Joel Masacote. Produced by Masacote Entertainment.
