Brenden Schaeffer discusses the St. Louis Cardinals 8-1 loss to the Rangers from Sunday. We've got to talk about Erick Fedde, as the right-hander wasn't bad by any stretch of the imagination on Sunday, but there were just several elements of his game that made it a little less palatable to watch. His inability to hold runners was noticeable Sunday, at the least, and the season-long trend of walking batters popped up again.Still, he had the Cardinals in position to mount another rally after holding serve against ace Jacob deGrom.
