A low-risk experiment is maybe I'm out a little bit of money, a little bit of time, maybe my ego’s hurt a little bit, but if it works it could be incredible. You will learn a lot and I think if people have a million dollars to invest, don't put it in one deal. Do a little research and maybe put 50K in a few different deals just to start and to see how it goes, and you're going to learn a ton.” [00:45:52] “I think that's really what creates the change because, then what happens is you actually show up as that person.
