#457 - Energy Update for August 2 - 9: 8/8 Lions Gate Portal

✨ August is HERE, and wow... this month is BIG! When I look at everything happening with the astrology and numerology, I don’t see a bunch of separate events. It's all connected, like one big story unfolding. And that incredible Aquarius Full Moon and Jupiter Cazimi from last week didn’t just wrap up July and disappear. That energy is coming right along with us into August. It was a wake-up call, and now we’re ready to step into who we’re really here to be. 🌙 August is a 9 Universal Month, which is all about endings, completion, wisdom, and letting go. We started a brand new 9-year cycle back in January, and now the first 9-month cycle is wrapping up. This isn’t about forcing change. It’s about letting go of what no longer fits and making room for what’s ready to come next. Endings aren’t failures. They’re graduations. And September brings us into a whole new cycle. 🦁 Then we have the 8/8 Lion’s Gate, and this year it’s a rare Triple 8! The Lion’s Gate is traditionally associated with awakening, abundance, courage, and stepping into your purpose. But I think this year it’s about something even bigger than manifesting more. It’s asking a different question: Who am I becoming? This isn’t about chasing more money or more stuff. It’s about being authentic, being happy, being present, and becoming more fully who you came here to be. 🌑 And then the eclipses arrive! The Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 12 is like hitting the reset button, opening the door to an entirely new chapter. Two weeks later, the Lunar Eclipse helps us complete the process and clean up whatever is still hanging around from the old one. When you put it all together, it feels like a roadmap: the Full Moon wakes us up, the 9 month helps us let go, the Lion’s Gate helps us dream bigger, and the eclipses move us forward. ❤️ And here’s the really important part: this month isn’t about doing more. It’s about being more. Being present. Feeling your way through. Listening to your intuition instead of trying to force things to work. August may bring up emotions, endings, changes, or even a feeling that you’re being pulled in a new direction. Trust it. None of this means you’re off track. You’re making room for what’s next.
