How to Reset Your Life in 3 Steps (The MISOGI Challenge)
Sunday, 11 January, 2026
Are you tired of setting New Year's resolutions that never stick? It’s time to stop planning for "productivity" and start preparing for fulfilment. In our final Article and Design gathering of 2025, we took a deep dive into Jesse Itzler’s "Best Year" System. As designers and thinkers, we often get bogged down in the "work" of life—this session was about reclaiming our time and designing a 2026 that is fulfilling, challenging, and intentional. In this session, our members discussed:Getting Light: How we as creatives can clear digital clutter and achieve "Communication Zero" to make room for new ideas. The 2025 Audit: Reviewing our "Highlight Reels" and sending handwritten notes to those who inspired our work this year. Our 2026 Misogi: Each member shared the one monumental, limit-pushing challenge they are putting on the calendar.Whether you're an Article and Design member who missed the meet-up or a fellow creator looking for a framework to reset, this breakdown of the 3-step system will help you start 2026 with clarity and purpose. One word for 2026 Felix - Strive Jehrom - Improve Kilo - MoveIvy - Just Do It Margaret - Commit Misogi for 2026 Felix - Increase income Jehrom - Run a MarathonKilo - Expand teamIvy - Margaret - Learn Guitar #ArticleAndDesign #CreativeProcess #JesseItzler #Misogi #YearEndReview #DesignCommunity #2026planning Music Credit: Fight or Flight by Donna Faye
