Design Thinking has transformed from a core iterative process to a rule book for all our products and is at the core of our 8012 FinTech Design Center. This world’s first Transformation Center dedicated to Design Thinking Principles enables co-creation of products that go beyond the expectations of our customers. It is a lab that drives collaborative experiences by making the Design process intellectually stimulating.Commemorating the 12th Anniversary of 8012 FinTech Design Center, our Chief Designer and Chief Architect, Arun Jain, reflects on the journey in Design Thinking, inspired by Silicon Valley's customer focus. He elucidated Intellect's philosophy of "Designing the Thinking" to achieve high performance for individuals and organisations, introducing the concept of the "Purple House" with its six mind spaces.
