In this video Giovanna, co-owner of the cheese plant, shows the different styles of sheep cheese that they produce.By networking while volunteering at her first cheesemaker, she managed to secure a second volunteering position at Caseificio Piandelmedico near the city of Jesi on the west coast of Italy.
