This video is a demonstration by Tom Kelly, Department of Tourism and Hospitality in CIT, on setting a table in the Table D'Hôte style for four people. It was created as a video tutorial to be made available to students as an accompaniment to their practical learning. Instructional video developed for the NDLR project by the DEIS Department, CIT.
