This episode brings you through my year of processing out of lineage of anger, pain and fear. After the October 7 attack, I have spent the last year negotiating my relationship to myself and to my Jewish faith. This situation allowed me to tap into something that I had not been able to access, and I used my processing of staying in a narrative psychology with an arm distance away so that I can make a conscious decision of how I want this experienceto form my future listen to this short processing fear and anger to rain.
