André L. Williams is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources of Actuant Corporation. André joined Actuant in January of 2017 from Rockwell Automation, where he was the Vice President Human Resources for Global Sales & Marketing and Control Products & Solutions. Prior to Rockwell Automation, André held Human Resource roles of increasing responsibility at Joy Global, Accenture, Best Buy, Beloit Corporation, Morton International and South African Breweries. André holds an MS in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts, a BA Honors from the University of Stellenbosch Business School (South Africa), IPM Diploma from the Institute of Personnel Management (South Africa) and a BA Psychology and Sociology from the University of Western Cape (South Africa).
