The Grief No One Sees
Episode 100
Friday, 4 September, 2026
Episode Description "There is a whole part of grief that nobody sees." People know your person died. They may know the story, the date, and what happened. But they don't see the grief that follows you into the grocery store, your bedroom, your car, or the middle of the night. They don't see the empty chair, the phone call you almost make, or the moment you remember all over again that your person is gone. In this episode of Grieve That Sh!t, Sharon talks about the grief no one sees. Because losing your person isn't only about missing them. You may also be grieving the future you expected, the safety you once felt, the decisions you used to make together, your identity, and even the person you were before they died. Sometimes all you know how to say is, "I miss them." But underneath those words may be an entire life you're grieving.
