The Devil Dog Doe is the name given to a female body found on Devil Dog Rd. in a remote locale near Williams Arizona, one of the northern most towns of the state and about sixty miles from the rim of the Grand Canyon. Hunters tracking deer found her body on October 24th, 2003, opening day of hunting season. Another group of hunters were camped just 200 yards away. She had suffered blunt force trauma to the side of her skull. She was stripped and clean, as if someone had washed the body. She wasn't wearing a single piece of jewelry. She had been laying there anywhere from three days to two weeks. Police investigators deemed it a homicide. With little to go on, there was no massive man hunt. Instead, police went to work attempting to find her identity. This podcast follows in suit but uses fellow theorist to explore the issues. I ask you, the listener to get involved.
