The Archaeological Record, a podcast about world prehistory. IN this episode we look at the Bell Beaker period, an important tradition at the end of the Neolithic and beginning of the Bronze Age in Europe. Bell Beakers see the first metallurgy in Europe, an emphasis on hunting and drinking, and the expansion of the role of conspicuous display of status within society.
