At a very young age, my family went through an incredibly traumatic experience. Not understanding the implications of that as a young child, this influenced many negative decisions in my life, leading to self-sabotage. After 30 years of repeating the same pattern, I decided to speak about it and get help during this journey. I realised how powerful the mind is, and that communicating and talking is the first step of this ladder to success. I'm Sean Davey.
