The Be Who You Wanna Be PodcastAuthor: Dr Greg Schreeuwer
Ive spent almost two decades helping people shift their pain, rewire their patterns, and realign with who they actually are - not just who theyve been conditioned to be. This podcast is where I finally share what Ive learned. - Dr Greg Schreeuwer. A BIT ABOUT ME Im Dr Greg. Ive worked as a chiropractor, kinesiologist, and human behaviour nerd for over 19 years - but to be honest, Ive always thought of myself as a bit of a mechanic of the mind. I like figuring things out. I like solving problems that seem unsolvable. And I love watching people finally get themselves back - whether its through a structural adjustment, a values shift, or a breakthrough in how they see their story. Over the years, Ive realised something important: Most people arent broken. Theyre just out of alignment - with who they are, how they intrinsically function, or what they value. Thats where this podcast comes in. WHY I STARTED THIS PODCAST To be honest, I needed a space where I could be myself and take the shackles off. A space to share the things Im seeing in the clinic, in the world, and in myself - without filters or formality. Ive watched so many people suffer quietly because they dont understand whats actually going on beneath the surface. Ive also watched some of those same people completely turn things around once they get the right insight at the right time. The Mind Mechanic is a space to unpack those insights. WHAT YOULL HEAR This podcast blends personal stories, professional insight, and powerful conversations with people whove done the work to shift something big in their lives. Its for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and make sense of their internal world - without needing to sit in a seminar or read another self-help book. Some episodes will be just me, reflecting on something Ive noticed, learned or experienced. Others will be interviews with people who inspire me - people whove overcome, recalibrated, or built something meaningful from the mess.
