The Murder of Baby Angel: Shannon Overstreet’s Lies, Searches & Shocking Admission
Thursday, 1 October, 2026
Three-month-old Angel Overstreet vanished in 2021, while her father, Shannon Overstreet, told people that CPS had taken her—but investigators say that never happened. Five years later, a jury heard about disturbing internet searches, burned infant remains recovered from his Kentucky property, and Overstreet’s stunning admission that after finding Angel dead, he placed her body in a barrel and burned it while continuing to deny killing her. In September 2026, a West Virginia jury convicted Overstreet of first-degree murder, death of a child by child abuse, and concealment of a deceased human body, then recommended no mercy.https://www.wowktv.com/news/west-virginia/cabell-county-wv/forensics-specialists-testify-in-shannon-overstreet-trial/ https://www.wsaz.com/2026/09/25/shannon-overstreet-found-guilty-all-counts-infant-murder-trial/ https://www.wvgazettemail.com/news/legal_affairs/huntington-man-found-guilty-of-murder-in-death-of-infant-angel-overstreet/article_cd2df90c-496d-421b-b008-cbbe09be667f.htmlJoin our squad!
