Elaine’s Resilience Recipes Krause's Rooftop Victory BreadIngredients: 1 cup of hope 2 cups of courage A sprinkle of forgiveness 3 parachutes of bread (optional) Instructions: Combine hope and courage in a large bowl. Mix in forgiveness until dough forms. Bake over the fires of rebellion until golden brown. Serve with a side of victory. DIY Keepsake: Broken Tooth Necklace Ingredients: One symbolic tooth (preferably Krause’s) Chain or string Epoxy resin Instructions: Clean and preserve the tooth.
