Our first episode of 2024 touches on "things not happening yet" in our lives. With the first part of the year coming to end we talk about what to hold onto and also remember to enjoy the ease of life and not put so much pressure on ourselves. It's important to show yourself grace and know that "rome wasn't built in a day". Love your life in the present , appreciate the lessons of the now and know that you are in control of how you feel.
