The 9th Circuit Court Takes on Wolves

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just heard oral arguments involving three separate cases involving wolves and the Endangered Species Act. They involved efforts to delist wolves nationally, efforts to relist the northern Rockies wolves, and a challenge to the Mexican wolf management plan.
