Farmer Maternal Centre of Excellent in Sierra Leone. Isata discusses her journey from working as a midwife in the UK's NHS for decades to returning to Sierra Leone, the sustainability of skills and training in LMICs, and raising the expectations and standards of maternal health in the country, while Allison talks about her architectural role in building the Centre, the unique challenges posed by the project, and training up locals with construction skills for life.
