On this episode of Tax Credit Tuesday's "So You Want to Be a LIHTC Developer" series, guest host and Novogradac Partner Dirk Wallace, CPA, and Novogradac Principal Dat Ksor, CPA, explore the steps that go into submitting a winning LIHTC application. The two discuss what an application is, the mechanics of building a complete application, strategies to make an application more competitive, and how developers can assess the competitiveness of their application before turning it off to the state.
