Welcome to the Rik n Zay podcast. Were two friends who can talk sports from sunrise to sunset. This podcast is designed to be put on and feel like were sitting right next to you. Were going to talk sports (mostly NFL, NBA, some UFC and MLB), movies that catch our eye, hot shows, and anything else relevant in the world. We will have a go to segment called Talkin or Squakin. This is where we both decide whether what somebody says is legit, or if theyre just talking to talk. Well mix in some different things every show.
