It’s finale time and time for Vincent to reveal his unpopular plan, and he was right to be worried about how the Mikaelsons took that news. And he does try his hand at the strategy we suggested last time: lying! The Hollow tries to begin her reign with an old friend by her side, but, as it often does, hubris rears its ugly head. As the team gets ready to defeat the Hollow, everyone feels a pressure to resolve their issues. Some apologize, others break apart, others just don’t answer their phone for no good reason. We end the season not knowing if we’ll all be back in New Orleans again, but at least we get to revisit Mystic Falls.
