2023 科技大躍進之年除了CHATGPT, LK99外~又有什麼值得關注的黑科技? 本次科技新聞專輯邀請到來自美國IBM 華生研究院的量子電腦專家以及在德國德列斯登的量子演算法訪問學者. 剖析IBM在今年的6月中在NATURE發表了一篇文章，內容提及了127位元的量子電腦超越了古典方法所能達到的極限. 並在下個世代Fault Tolerance 的量子電腦之前,在現有 Noisy Intermediate Scale Quantum device (NISQ device)的世代，仍能使用量子電腦提供有意義的演算法，進行量子化學模擬、開發新藥、開發新型催化劑等等。
