He recounted an energetic clearing and waterfall blessing, entering a pitch-black cabin with meal delivery through a light-proof hatch, and quickly meeting intense mind activity, claustrophobia, altered time sense, heightened night vision, and ayahuasca-like visuals. Matt described using routines, meditation, breathwork, and grounding stones, a symbolic Jesus-related vision and crown-pressure release, and leaving with intentions of more peace, love, kindness, gratitude, and self-kindness, while noting the difficult sensory readjustment after.
