Luke grew up in a very sporty family and cricket was one of the sports he got introduced to very young. He played cricket at school and remembers coaches and teachers who encouraged him to have fun when it came to sport. Going to Uni he needed to find a placement opportunity to help him with his Spanish so reached out to a friend who knew someone at the MCC who put Luke in touch with someone at the Argentinian Cricket Association and before long Luke found himself in Buenos Aires working in schools and local clubs with young cricketers.
