Doing the work means becoming a better Leader-first in our own lives and then in the lives of those who live with, work with, and especially those who report to us at work. As Leaders we have a responsibility to own our CRAP. Be proactive about our own mental and physical health; so that the people that report to us at work or live with us at home don't have to endure the affects of our trauma, lack of training, etc. It's time stop abusing employees, knowingly or unknowingly.
