Hey guys, I have suffered with mental health for years, and I wanted to create this podcast as a way of sharing my experiences past and present, and the things I have done and still do to help me along the way. I want this to be a place where I can say what I am feeling, and just have a chat. Growing up I was always ashamed of my poor mental health. I want 'The Mind of a Clueless Girl' to be a podcast that allows you not feel this way. A safe space. I am by no means a professional. Just sharing my personal experience. Mind of a Clueless Girl Episode.11: The Path to Positivity

Hi all, I am back with a new episode! During this episode, I share some tips and tricks on how to adopt a more positive mindset! I wanted to share what has helped me improve my outlook on life and the things I do to help me on the days I still struggle to be positive, in hope that maybe in some way it can help you too. I am in no way an expert, but I just want to make people smile and feel good about themselves. I hope in some way listening to this episode does exactly that. Also, remember to cut yourself some slack. Trying to adopt a more positive mindset is great, and if you are in the headspace that you want to do that, then you are halfway there, but it probably won't be an overnight change. So, if one day you are doing really well, and the next you feel you are right back to square one, don't beat yourself up. You are trying to rewire a way of thinking that you have probably had for years, and that's not easy. Instead, give yourself a pat on the back and appreciate you are doing a great job. There is always tomorrow. Hope you guys enjoy the episode!
