Just a 27-year-old Ohio State medical student who becomes a name on posters and a face frozen in a few seconds of grainy video.We take this case slowly and on purpose, because Brian is a real person and the difference between fact and rumor is the difference between help and harm. We map the Ugly Tuna Saloona and the South Campus Gateway complex, talk about why 2006 surveillance coverage creates the illusion of certainty, and explain how a missing “next step” can trap an investigation for decades.
