I am an Irish classical music pianist. I am active in many facets of pianism, that is I practice my piano, prepare for concert performances, and I educate piano students. The podcast, about Piano in Life is intended for listeners to hear about aspects of special interest in the realm of classical piano music. This first episode draws on my experience of piano compositions by Manuel de Falla, 20th century Spanish composer. I have included a short excerpt of Falla's most impressive piano solo piece, Fantasia Baetica.
