Incite Mentoring is the brainchild of Shala Dawn and Chris VanGarrett. Conceived as a way to support the LGBTQIA community in a world that is seemingly attempting to strip away their rights and identity a piece at a time, Shala and Chris decided that the best way to fight back was to invite therapists, politicians, clergy, parents, and members of the community into the discussion to raise awareness about the issues facing the community, and organize ways to act on their behalf.
