On this episode of the I Look Like a Doctor podcast, we are getting to know Dr. Rachael Conger's journey to medicine. Dr. Conger shares many pearls of wisdom for all current medical students, especially for those interested in radiation oncology. Dr. Conger was born and raised in La Crosse, WI. She is a current PGY3 at the University of San Francisco Radiation Oncology Program. She attended the University of WI- Madison for undergrad and earned a bachelor's in history with honors. She earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She identifies as a queer woman and is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and all things LGTBQ+ . She is a fantastic home beer brewer and an unapologetic cat lady.
