A qualified tenant is a very valuable asset to any landlord. Remember, TENANTS = INCOME = ASSETS Good tenants are everywhere and in every market. Find them and keep them. Focus on what a tenant desires not necessarily what you, the landlord, desires. Listen to them carefully. Tenants desire properties that meet their wants, needs, price range and location. Always remember the "GOLDEN RULE" when interacting with tenants, treat others as you would expect to be treated. Treat everyone with respect, fairness, understanding and dignity.
