Episode One: Yellow Fork and the change within me

The trail this morning is called Yellow Fork, located in the southwest corner of Salt Lake Valley. I had been wanting to explore this trail more since I first found out about it a couple months back. My patient stroll down the trail has me pondering this little hike, my recent re-found love of the outdoors and healing power of the natural world. I like it. I need more of this.
