First, a common issue that every organization faces is how to communicate and collaborate with people outside of your organization. If you are going to allow external users to collaborate on files and resources, then they have to be added to Entra ID as guests. The problem is how we get those people into our Entra ID environment. Microsoft makes it easy, but with easy comes some concerns. Brian and David are going to break down the various types of connectivity and more importantly some of the default settings that you should change and why.
