Historically, these have been local people, but now big national companies (called iBuyers) are coming into the market. Enter your address in a box on their web site and BOOM! you get an offer. In this episode, Heather and Marshall discuss this new trend and what it all might mean, and Marshall talks with Anthony Cardinal on the subject. Anthony Cardinal is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota with the brokerage Realty Group, and he works with a group called Minnesota Home Guys.
