Business Owners, what are you spending far too much time on, trying to "perfect" that is already good to go? Work on improving all your next steps, rather than overthinking the first. So this podcast is to talk about those things we overthink, but also to minimize them and force us to focus on acting and moving on our idea, rather than just thinking about them.

"If you dont have vision, you wont see you goals come to pass" Fact is "knowing" isnt good enough. We all know we should work out, or eat healthier, yet knowing alone doesnt mean anything... the action is needed to make it benefitial to know anything. So today's video I ask you... what will you DO... what precise plans do you have, and what steps are you taking to get there. I had made a goal to make 1 video a week this year, and realized I was cutting it close to missing my deadline... that is because I wasnt precise on the goal... which day, what time, am i going to post, whats the deadline to be done with the edit...etc. From here on, every Thursday at noon, I will release these videos, this is the last "off-schedule" post. What is it in your life that you have given slack in? What is it you can be more definite on?
