In This Episode: Quitting tends to have a negative connotation to it. But sometimes, quitting is good, and even necessary. In today’s episode, we sit down with Nic "Darwin" Rakestraw and discuss learning your body’s limits and reading the tea leaves for when to quit. We get into some of the nitty gritty about his attempted bike race on the Tour Divide Trail from Banff to Mexico, including his injuries (saddle rash and an Achilles issue) that ultimately led to his pulling out of the race.
