She is co-founder of the Palmetto Psychology Clinic, which specializes in treating mental health concerns uniquely impacting women across the lifespan. She loves supporting expecting and postpartum parents in navigating the anxiety, guilt, relationship challenges, and complex feelings that come with this transition. She is especially passionate about helping new moms let go of what they think they “should” be doing and clarify what they really want out of their own motherhood.
