Learning Matters: a Bridge to PracticeAuthor: Scott Macklin
How do we take the best of what information technology has to offer and use it to provide the best education possible and fulfill our universitys mission? This is the underlying question behind Learning Matters: A Bridge to Practice, where we talk about how students today learn and how we can use our collective insight to inform practice in the classroomincluding the virtual classroom and multi-access pathways to learning. Science, technology, and the internet are continuously improving how we collect, assemble, edit, upgrade, archive, display, distribute, access information and use it to interact with one another. In this podcast we explore educational strategies and how we can align these with evolving technologies to deliver an engaging, inquiry-based, and hands-on learning experience.
