For the second episode of this season, Thomas continues the complicated issue of Megacorporate influence in climate sustainability policy and governance. In this episode, Thomas digs deeper into the powerful position that international corporations control, influencing our local, federal and international governing bodies through lobbying, donations and much more. Thomas introduces Monash University Lecturer Grant Ennis, a public relations expert with 20 years of experience in international affairs, and author of the novel “Dark PR: How corporate disinformation harms our health and the environment”. In this interview, Thomas and Grant also discuss how you can successfully organise and advocate for social and political change.
