Socially Anxious Podcast Episode 2 - Affirmations for getting over social anxiety pt. 1
Saturday, 28 March, 2020
This episode is less of a formal podcast and more of something you should listen to on repeat to get the most benefit from it. Regular affirmations aren't as effective as they can be because they attempt to "force" a belief on you through declarations. These affirmations are more effective because they gradually ease you into the belief through three statements (a past, a future, and a present).
