I, Duane, and our youngest daughter are born with a genetic condition, Treacher Collins Syndrome (TCS), that affects facial structure and hearing. We are like Augie from the book 'Wonder'. Growing up with a special kind of normal... ...Well at least normal to me, I faced many challenges. Now as parents with a unique perspective, we are sharing stories and tips we have learned along the way. We're also sharing the stories from other families who have faced unique challenges. Along with connecting with various experts who can speak into the challenges we face. Our mission is to share inspiring stories to encourage families to thrive through life's challenges.
