Sunday, 16 August, 2026
Scottish 🏴 Islamic Scholar Shaykh Amer Jamil quotes his Uncle, as well as the Pakistani philosopher and poet, Allama Muhammad Iqbal:🕯️“Let us live in the world like a lamp — we should burn ourselves but illuminate the way for others.”We all come and go.Iqbal came and went.My Taya (Uncle) came and went.I will too.The only question is — what am I doing with this one life?🌴 Desert Island Gem#MuhammadIqbal #Sacrifice #Ummah #pakistan #allamaiqbal
