He is the author of The Border Crossed Us: The Case for Opening the US-Mexico Border (Haymarket, 2021); Radicals in the Barrio: Magonistas, Socialists, Wobblies, and Communists in the Mexican-American Working Class (Haymarket 2018); and (with Mike Davis) No One is Illegal (Haymarket Books, 2006).Christina Heatherton is an Associate Professor of American Studies and Everett and Joanne Elting Associate Professor for Human Rights and Global Citizenship, founding Co-Director of the Trinity Social Justice Institute, and the co-host and co-producer of Conjuncture.
