The Story of our Minds is brought to you by Our Solutions C.I.C, which is a not for profit organisation.Our Solutions is a unique service, led and delivered by experts by experience. We focus on bringing an end to the ‘revolving door’ cycle, that clients find themselves going around. We empower, encourage and enable individuals to not only embrace their experiences, but also support them to reflect on all they have accomplished and find strength in the challenges they have overcome. Our new podcast series will discuss many issues surrounding mental health, well-being, transformation, spirituality, meditation, mindfulness, identity, crime, youth justice, arts, COVID-19 to name but a few and we will be interviewing people with lived experiences to share their journeys with our audience in the hope they will help to encourage and inspire others who may be going through similar experiences in life. We kick off our very first podcast with Gurbinder Singh, whom is the director and founder of My Solution Well-being Counselling and Wellbeing Service, based in Leicester. He is a BACP Registered Counsellor who has worked in the social sector area since 2003 supporting adolescents and adults in their understanding to manage change and improve their mental health and well-being.
