電解時兩極酸鹼的變化 電解水時，正極會產生酸性，負極則成鹼性。若把整杯水溶液電解，則酸鹼容易化合成水。在以前NHK拍得影片中，曾用過洋菜調和指示劑來電解得到兩極呈現不同顏色。這個實驗則是簡單的使用濕潤的廣用試紙接上兩電極，就可以呈現出相同的結果
